Offers sturdy support in yoga poses when needed. Bonus that it works under my knees in bed at night. Cover is removable so can be washed which is nice. I’ve purchased less expensive bolsters in the past & from my experience this was worth the extra investment.

Bolster is excellent. Sport Check was terrible. I ordered yoga mat cleaner in same order, and bolster came covered in cleaner! Just gave up with Sport Check trying to return as box was soaked through and could not be reused. Several phone calls later to Sport Check, and i gave up. Hopeless. NOT impressed at all.
